Franklin sings M-O-N-E-Y woes
Despite being a fave entertainer of President Clinton's, ArethaFranklin isn't getting much R-E-S-P-E-C-T from the I-R-S these days.Nice to know that even though Franklin starred at Clinton's spiffy50th birthday fete at New York's Radio City Music Hall Sunday andwill ditto the honors Friday at Grant Park, the government's taxfolks are still keeping a short rein (and close eye) on Franklin.The singing legend was reported owing $661,000 in back taxes in 1995.
