WA: Indonesian man critical after Navy rescue
An Indonesian man is in a critical condition in Perth after the Australian navy picked
him up from a Japanese fishing boat in the Southern Ocean.
The crewman's in the intensive care department of Royal Perth Hospital .. after emergency
surgery.
He was rescued by HMAS Anzac in heavy seas .. 350 kilometres south-west of Cape Leeuwin
.. yesterday.
